How do I import photos off my memory card?

This may sound really stupid, but I’m not all too familiar with these memory cards. I’m using a Gateway GT5428 desktop computer. It has four slots labelled as “SMC/xD”, “CF I/II/MD”, “SD/MMC”, and “MS/MS Pro”. I’m guessing this is where memory cards are read… if so, then, yeah, I need help. I’m using a 512 MB SanDisk Memory Stick PRO Duo, and I don’t know where the Usb cord is for this camera, so I’m trying to import the pics off the memory stick. I’m not sure where to place the memory card in my computer, which direction it goes (like where the label’s facing), and so on. And I really don’t want to screw up this computer because it’s not mine. So can someone give me instructions so thorough even a retard like me can understand them? (laughs)

A memory stick pro duo won’t fit in a MS Pro slot. You’ll need a USB cable, or a specific adapter that will allow you to plug your MS Pro Duo into a MS Pro adapter. If you don’t have one, you’ll have to visit an electronics store.
