How can I fix my Olympus Xd 1gb picture card?

I was using it one day to transfer data and then inserted it into the camera. It said it needed formatting and so I pressed format. After a few seconds it said there was a memory card error. Now i can’t read or format it with anything. How do i fix my Xd Picture Card?

The 1GB cards are relatively new and should be still under warranty – just call and find out how to send it in for a replacement.
